Sumatran tiger
This is a threatened species forming part of the Adelaide Zoo's South-east
Asian breeding program. This young male lived at the zoo only briefly
and enjoyed stalking keepers who rode past on bicycles and running children
etc. For that reason, he was never bored. A very beautiful tiger with
wonderful penetrating eyes!
